This is the paper cut style on adobe photoshop that we learned how to do this week in my digital illustration class. Once I kinda got the hang of it it was pretty fun to do. 

Pale: Illustration Friday

This is my first post for the illustration friday topic. I just started a digital illustration class and each week we're taught a new style and then have to apply it to the topic given on illustrationfriday.com. This week the topic was pale so I decided to do Edward Sciossorhands.

Cow

This is from a set of 4 that I did for my illustration class. The sequence shows a cow going into the farmers garden, taking the food, and getting caught.

Captian Jack

Brown color Pencil drawing and a five step painting (color pencil, gouache, oil lift, color pencil again, and then oil)

Tucan

Combination of gouache, oil, and ink

Beard Man

This was a really fun technique to use! My teacher calls it the magic pill. It's a combination of gouache, oil paint, oil lift, and color pencils.
